So I have the same issue as the OP here, and the replies in that forum really frustrate me.
Basically the thread goes like this:
OP: Help, I accidentally clicked “Never for this site” when the password options popped up.
1: There is a wrench to click on, where you’ll find the options.
OP: Yes but you can’t remove sites from the “Never remember passwords” list as you can in firefox.
2: I found this site: (links to a Google help sheet that describes Chrome’s save password function. Okay so did you even read the page you linked OP to? It doesn’t answer his question at all).
OP: Yes but that doesn’t tell you how to remove a site for which you’ve already clicked “Never remember passwords”.
1: “No. But it does tell you how to remember a site that you are at. Go to the site that doesn’t remember, then tell it to remember it.” (what? “Hey you, gmail, remember my password!”??)

OP: Resolved problem by clearing registry and starting from scratch. Thanks anyways, everyone.
1: (apparently quoting the OP’s deleted post “I accidentally clicked “Never remember passwords for this site” at a site I use many times a day.”) And I am retarded? LOL :D (yes you are.)
OP: Yup… still are
